OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM; Sunday - Closed

 CHECK IN TIME: Check in time is after 3:00 PM. Maximum number of occupants is to be strictly observed unless special arrangements are made with agency.

 CHECK OUT TIME: All tenants must be checked out by 10:00 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS! We must have time to get the unit ready for next guest. Lock doors and put keys back in lockbox.

 LATE ARRIVAL: We will be happy to leave a packet containing keys and directions to the cottages for you, providing you have paid rental balance and tax in full.

 MAPS & KEYS: Should you be meeting others coming from other directions for your vacation, please request additional maps and keys to be provided for them.

 PETS: Most units do not allow pets. For the few that allow, there will be an extra NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $50.00. (no more than 1 pet). If a pet is taken into a home advertised as "NO PETS", occupants will be evicted without refunds unless prior arrangements are made with the agency.

 FIREPLACE'S: Firewood can be purchased through local roadside vendors.

 PHONE: Please, NO LONG DISTANCE CALLS. Make sure you bring your calling card.

 MESSAGES: Messages may be received through and picked up at our office. We do not deliver messages, except in case of an emergency.

 SECURITY DEPOSITS: Your security deposits is not to be considered part of your rent. This is simply security for the unit to repair damages, replace missing contents, or to reimburse owner or agent for expenses resulting from agreement violations. Also your security deposit is used to confirm your reservation. Your security deposit check will be deposited into Yellow Rose's Escrow account. Security deposit refund will be payable to party on confirmation and will be refunded within a 30 day period from date of checkout.

 CANCELLATION: A refund will be issued only after this office has received 30 days advance written notice of your cancellation. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee.

 TRASH: Failure to remove trash from your unit on departure will result in a $15.00 charge per bag that is left. That will be deducted from your security deposit.

 DISHES: Failure to do dirty dishes in your unit will result in a $15.00 charge per sink load. That will be deducted from your security deposit.

 TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Each unit is supplied with dishes, cookware, linen, and at least three complete sets of towels per unit occupancy. You will provide all paper products, trash bags, and soaps. If you have any special requirements such as particular bed sizes, air condition, etc, it is your responsibility to request these items. We ask that each unit be treated as if it were your own. Please leave unit as you found it being sure to wash and put away dishes and take out the trash.

(B) This information on this sheet is an accurate representation of the rules as describe above, as with all rules they are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to ask for a sheet pertaining to the rules and regulation upon your arrival.
